Gabled-shaped tubes frame views for inhabitants for this waterfront villa. The two small gabled tubes on opposite ends of the big centrally placed gable tube comprises of a living area, kitchen, two ensuite bedrooms with a hot tub and a large swimming pool that juts out into the river.  The centrally placed gable tube also comprises of two living areas, a kitchen, dining area, a bar, a family area, two ensuite bedrooms, two ensuite master bedrooms and a large swimming pool that juts out into the river.

The project is located at Ada in the Greater Accra Region on the beach of the river. Vertically placed timber slats on the enclosure of the building provide shade  , help in cooling interior spaces and at the same time improve the indoor air quality of the buildings.
