The residence is made of three blocks juxtaposed against each other with one block elevated above the ground level. The spaces within the residence consists of a living area, a kitchen/dining area, an ensuite bedroom and a master bedroom on the elevated level. The residence is located at Ada in the Greater Accra Region on the banks of the Volta River within a marshy area inhabited by wild reptiles.
The blocks of the buildng were elevated and cantilevered due to the marshy area, while at the same time creating an elevated view towards the river. To maximise on the views towards the river, large expanse of glass was used . The glass has an added benefit of introducing natural light and ventilation into the interior of the residence.
