The irregular, long and varying width of the site across its length posed a problem. The solution of choice in finding a concept to counter the site’s problem was curvature. With curvature, the building could stretch across the entire length of the site, regardless of the uneven width, hence accommodating the client’s long list of needs. This luxurious house comprises a gate house, the pool house and the main house. The gate house has 2 bedrooms, an open living / kitchen area, security office, bathrooms and a generator shed.

The main house constitutes 8 bedrooms all ensuite, a big kitchen with a pantry, dining area, living area, a theater and a glass walled garage placed between the dining and living areas. The pool house is comprised of a swimming pool, a bar and a gym. The swimming pool runs underneath some part of the building. With its glazed covering, the pool can be walked on and viewed within the dining room.
